Meet Our Staff

• Bob Poff is president of Valley-Wide Management, Inc. and has nearly thirty years experience in real estate
  ownership and management. Bob is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and North Carolina. He holds a B.S.
  in Commerce from the University of Virginia and has attained the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER designation
  which is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
  

  Active in the housing industry, Bob served on the 1999-2002 Advisory Board of the Property Management Council of the
  Virginia Association of REALTORS®. He is also a past treasurer of the Blacksburg Apartment Council; a past chair
  of the Property Management Committee of the New River Valley Association of REALTORS®; a past president
  of the New River Valley Home Builders Association; a past director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB);
  and a past member of NAHB’s Multi-Family Committee.

  Bob is also very involved in the local community. He is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Montgomery
  County; a Trustee of the Cedar Springs Union Church; a board member of Joy Ranch Children's Home, and board chair
  of the Montgomery Museum and Lewis Miller Regional Art Center.

• Office Manager Kathy Poff (sister-in-law of Bob) holds a B.S. from Radford University
  and has fifteen years experience in the property management field.

• Jennifer Midkiff handles accounting and administrative tasks for Valley-Wide.
  She has been employed with Valley-Wide and its predecessor for nearly
  twenty years.

• Our Maintenance Supervisor, Larry Rogers, has over twenty years experience
  in housing construction and maintenance. He is assisted by maintenance technician
  J.F. Jackson.

• Neal Turner settles old accounts, and is Pastor at Cedar Springs Union Church.
  Before working at Valley Wide, Neal was Deputy Sheriff of Montgomery County, and
